
Those were some of the high intensity fun group x classes others include body sculpt,core crunch, lower body,abs,and back 30, total body conditioning, upper body, abs, back 30. These are most of the group x classes that are offered at Purdue. Its cool to me that there are so many options for different classes, it gives the option to work out in way that will be most fun for each individual. Good health and fitness is important here at Purdue and they let you try out the classes for free for the first week of each semester to see if you are going to like it and to see if its worth paying the money. The classes are 45$ a semester and that allows you to work with a skilled instructor to reach your fitness goals, each class can make a world of difference for your body.
